Blog a summary of the case and your findings of your case study. Highlight the top 3 most important lessons learned from the case study. Explain why these lessons are important in order to help you to formulate effective strategies in social media.
This week I learned social media strategies through case study.
First of all, I think that it is significant that almost 80% of the population in the United States is centralized in the East Coast because I have to take into account if I establish my company in the U.S.. The best time to post for a United States audience to reach the most people. This will help me to get more traffic, more engagement, and more followers.
In addition, I learned that I need to focus on not only "Like" but also "Talking About This" on Facebook. "Taking About This" is the number of people who have created a story from your page post.It indicates how well a page is engaging fans, not simply how popular something is, and people care for that. The ideal is that you get 300 or more "Talking About This" if you see 30,000 likes.
Finally, I learned that there is the best time or day to share or tweet both Facebook and Twitter. For example, the best time to tweet is Noon, so your tweet might not stand out in someone's timeline if you tweet at this time because there is the highest volume of tweets. You may keep in mind that tweeting at non-peak hours, the times in the early morning and late evening is a great way to avoid fewer insights.
What I learned from case study will be definitely beneficial for social media marketing when managing my company.
